工业和信息化部近日发布《印制电路板行业绿色制造规范（征求意见稿）》，对PCB生产过程中的废水排放标准、单位产品能耗限额、有害物质使用限制等提出明确要求。新规拟于2026年下半年正式实施，届时未达标企业将面临限产整改。业内专家表示，该规范将推动行业向低碳环保方向加速转型，头部企业已提前布局清洁产线改造。
