海关总署发布公告，自2026年4月1日起调整部分印制电路板产品的进出口关税税率。其中，层数大于等于8层的高密度互连板进口最惠国税率由6%下调至4%，柔性电路板出口退税率维持13%不变但简化申报流程。此举旨在降低高端PCB原材料进口成本，同时鼓励国产高附加值产品拓展海外市场。行业协会预计全年可为相关企业节省税费超3亿元。
