工信部发布《印制电路行业规范条件》修订版，新版规范条件提高了PCB企业准入门槛，要求废水回用率不低于60%，铜回收率不低于95%。新规还要求新建PCB项目固定资产投资不低于5亿元，年产能不低于50万平方米。现有企业需在2028年底前完成达标改造，未达标企业将面临限产或停产整改。业内分析认为，新规将加速行业整合，利好头部企业。
